Logan started Gridline to address fundamental inefficiencies in fund structuring, operations, and investor access, and is leading the company’s vision to build the infrastructure layer for the future of alternatives. Prior to Gridline, he was CEO of Salesfusion, where he scaled the business and led its successful exit to Accel-KKR. Earlier in his career, Logan advised technology companies on M&A as an investment banker at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition to his role as CEO, Logan leads the investment committee. He holds a Series 65 license and previously held Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

At Gridline, he’s responsible for translating private market complexity into a seamless, scalable platform experience.
Richard has architected and scaled software systems for high-demand environments including Live Nation and early-stage startups. At Gridline, he leads engineering and infrastructure — building the systems that power real-time data, automation, and institutional-grade reliability across the platform.
