Prior to Gridline, he was CEO of Salesfusion, where he scaled the business and led its successful exit to Accel-KKR. Earlier in his career, Logan advised technology companies on M&A as an investment banker at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition to his role as CEO, Logan leads the investment committee. He holds a Series 65 license and previously held Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

She oversees Gridline’s legal, risk, and compliance functions — ensuring we meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and strategic risk management across the platform.
Diane brings deep expertise in AI commercialization and enterprise go-to-market strategy. She has led growth for multiple high-scale platforms and now drives Gridline’s distribution, strategic partnerships, and revenue strategy — fueling adoption across advisors, platforms, and asset managers.
