Logan started Gridline to address fundamental inefficiencies in fund structuring, operations, and investor access, and is leading the company’s vision to build the infrastructure layer for the future of alternatives. Prior to Gridline, he was CEO of Salesfusion, where he scaled the business and led its successful exit to Accel-KKR. Earlier in his career, Logan advised technology companies on M&A as an investment banker at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In addition to his role as CEO, Logan leads the investment committee. He holds a Series 65 license and previously held Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
Chris Crawford is Chief Operating Officer at Gridline, where he leads platform operations and infrastructure as the firm continues to scale its capabilities across the private markets lifecycle. He is focused on building the systems and workflows that power custom funds, data management, and Gridline’s AI-driven compliance and diligence platform, AltComply—helping advisors operate with greater clarity, control, and confidence. Chris brings more than 25 years of experience building and leading operational, financial, and risk functions across alternative investments, wealth management, and fintech. Most recently, Chris spent over six years at CAIS, where he led the firm’s fund management platform and served as COO of CAIS Advisors. Earlier roles include senior leadership and COO positions at Mizuho Alternative Investments, Traxis Partners, Vegasoul Capital Management, and R.G. Niederhoffer Capital Management.
Peter brings over a decade of product leadership in enterprise SaaS. As Head of Product Strategy at BetterCloud, he led product strategy through $200M+ in funding and helped scale the company to a $1B+ valuation. At Gridline, he’s responsible for translating private market complexity into a seamless, scalable platform experience.
Richard has architected and scaled software systems for high-demand environments including Live Nation and early-stage startups. At Gridline, he leads engineering and infrastructure — building the systems that power real-time data, automation, and institutional-grade reliability across the platform.
Wallis is a seasoned fintech legal executive with extensive experience in investment management, securities, governance, and regulatory compliance. She oversees Gridline’s legal, risk, and compliance functions — ensuring we meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and strategic risk management across the platform.
Diane brings deep expertise in AI commercialization and enterprise go-to-market strategy. She has led growth for multiple high-scale platforms and now drives Gridline’s distribution, strategic partnerships, and revenue strategy — fueling adoption across advisors, platforms, and asset managers.
